Habit8 was the lead consultant on a 25-lot subdivision with associated public domain for Ku-ring-gai Council and the Department of Planning. Habit8 engaged urban designers, flora and fauna experts, an Arborist, civil engineers and specialist environmental engineers under the management of Aver to deliver a new DCP and DA for the proposed subdivision.
The project included community consultation and an extensive consultation process with council and the NSW Government. The outcomes of the subdivision design included new public domain (viewing platforms, bicycle tracks), streetscape incorporating WSD principles, re-alignment and re-vegetation of the existing riparian corridor, new water quality and water storage solutions and a new DCP. The project is currently under DA review.
